Which linaro release do your use?

Is /lib/arm-linux-gnueabi/.debug/libgcc_s.so.1 from the the toolchain release tarball or from your target system?

BTW: If your target system is "arm-poky-linux-gnueabi", you can not build packages by "gnueabihf" toolchain.
