This boots for me locally with the same config... Fathi indicated on IRC that this is yet another infrastructure failure - we're not providing a DTB and uboot assumed we were booting an atags kernel. Not sufficiently obvious from the logs... :/

Tagged as invalid since the issue was in infrastructure rather than the kernel - it's a genuine bug.
