Navigating inside jira pages is painful

Jira has an incredibly annoying "feature" of sometimes grabbing keyboard focus in the browser pane when using the keyboard to scroll up and down within a card page.

Looking at the card at http://cards.linaro.org/browse/CARD-235 (for example), the cursor keys and space bar will work when first opening the page, but after a little bit of moving around the page the javascript in the page grabs focus for the "Structure" section. Suddenly the cursor keys and the space bar stop working for navigating the page.

This may seem like a minor issue, but it's making me very frustrated with Jira right now. When working on cards and potentially entering lots of text, I expect to have my keys on the keyboard rather than the mouse. Breaking navigation like this is *hateful*.
