I see that the failing tests are cpufreq on CPUs 2,3 and 4 and they pass on 0 and 1. One possible explanation is that the kernel has the big.LITTLE Switcher (IKS) running which makes the system think that a pair of big and LITTLE cores are actual just one core. Or, if it's running big.LITTLE MP then it could be the fact that the big and LITTLE clusters each have their own cpufreq driver and the tests don't cope with this.
So, my gut feeling is that the test haven't been designed to cope with big.LITTLE systems.

Botao,
Did these errors occur before on tc2?
Sanjay,
This log is confusing and I think this has to do with your recent changes.
It first checks for presence of cpufreq and continues regardless.
cpufreq is not supported. Skipping all cpufreq tests ./cpufreq_08.sh 08.sh[67] : cat: system/ cpu/cpu2/ cpufreq/ scaling_ governor: No such file or
./cpufreq_
/sys/devices/
directory
