-d option does not work

Bug Description
When specifying the -d/--dump option nothing happens. Some empty lines are displayed.

This happened due to idlestat limiting the number of dumped state transitions using the -i option. When -i option was not specified, the number of dumped transitions defaulted to zero.
Fixed by defaulting to dumping *all* state transitions in the log when -i option was not specified.
Fixed in commit dfa8d6a2669fa92 00a2b5a74b2dba5 a06190cc4d.
