patches.linaro.org: 'move to other project' not available on all pages

The 'move this patch to another project' control doesn't seem to be available in all pages which list patches. For instance, it is present in the page listing all patches for a project:
http://patches.linaro.org/project/other-unknown/

but it isn't in the page listing all the patches you personally have submitted to the project:
http://patches.linaro.org/patchwork/user/submitted/other-unknown/

and it's not in the per-team stats page:
http://patches.linaro.org/team/linaro-toolchain-wg/

and it's not on the page for a specific patch either:
http://patches.linaro.org/7333/

The 'Properties' and 'Bundling' boxes are both available on all these kinds of pages, so I think for consistency that the 'Move' box should be as well.

(It took me quite a while bouncing around following links before I managed to find the right kind of page to move my patch, especially since "Other/unknown" doesn't seem to be in the list of projects on the front page.)
