Bug Description

Upstream patchwork has a 'download patch in mbox' format, which is currently disabled in patches.linaro.org.

I think it would be useful to reenable this. It's not a critically important feature, but I have several times felt it would be nice to have -- it can be easier to find a qemu patch of mine in patches.linaro than in the qemu patchwork, but only the latter has mbox download. Also it can be useful to point third parties at a particular patch and have them be able to download it without relying on the gmane archive having it.
