Bug Description
Pulling changes from some trees always results in the local tree being corrupted. This can be due to the fact the pull operations takes a lot of time and that it locks or abort: the new pulled changes might be too big.
We need to find a way to regularly pull the changes, maybe on an hourly basis, and in case deal with problems.
