Should have "latest" link to last successful build dir

Bug Description
This is related to bug 684229, but just about the path to the build results dir, not
the filenames of the results as well.
We would like a "latest" link that resolves to the last successful build dir. We would prefer
it it linked all the way to "tar" or "hwpacks", but just to the date-based dir would be ok.
