Run basic tests set on OE daily image

Convert remaining work from https://blueprints.launchpad.net/linaro-oe/+spec/adapt-core-lava-tests-ubuntu as this bug.

Now that we have tests available to run on OE daily images, please update http://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=ci/daily-prebuilt-images.git scripts to run them instead of boot testing only.

Note: the dasboard doesn't need any changes, results will be available as usual
