LNG RT kernel configuration Fails LTP

Will test this on x86.

X86 now running, we need to wait and see if the periodic instability exists there.

LTP seems to run okay on X86 and Anders plans to run it on Panda to see if this is an arndale/a15-specific problems.

Assuming no matter how it runs on Panda, the problem will still have to be resolved on Arndale, it's probably better to start narrowing down the problem via trimming down arndale config and/or turning on self-diagnosing features under 'Kernel Hacking'.

Kim suggested as an alternative to try disabling different drivers or config fragments to see where the problem originates.

Yes, and we actually already have a request to turn on ftrace and some
other kernel debugging tools anyway.

With the latest KS2 kernel update, LTP RT on KS2 passes https://validation.linaro.org/dashboard/image-charts/LNG-ltp
