can browse to directory, but not direct link to it

I can browse to http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/panda-oneiric/20120419/0/build-log.txt and I can get there by browsing from http://snapshots.linaro.org, then selecting each link in turn that takes me to that file.

I can't visit http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/panda-oneiric/20120419 directly, I get:

  Forbidden
  You don't have permission to access /oneiric/panda-oneiric/20120419 on this server.

I get a Forbidden message trying to visit these directly:
http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/panda-oneiric/
http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/

I haven't found any reliable pattern. Clearly if I am looking at http://snapshots.linaro.org I can then select the link to take me to http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/!

latest code is deployed, but it seems a redirection issue:

http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/panda-oneiric/20120419 -> doesn't work
http://snapshots.linaro.org/oneiric/panda-oneiric/20120419/ -> works

Similar case, my kernel builds on ci.linaro.org access /oneiric/lt-panda-oneiric/20120327 and they are failing with the following error.

"You don't have permission to access /oneiric/lt-panda-oneiric/20120327"

Accessing /oneiric/lt-panda-oneiric/20120327/ works though.
