Description: Hardware accelerated video playback is missing.

Support has been added for Android, work is in progress for adding accelerated video playback support on Ubuntu.

Ubuntu: No plan to add h/w accelerated video support. Should be marked as 'Won't Fix'.
Android: HAL code needs to ported for JB.
