SDCard detection using the card reader via USB Host fails using some card reader

Bug Description

SDCard connectd using card reader via USB Host port fails with some Card Reader. But the same card reader is working fine with the host.
Using Trancend TS-RDP8k card is detected only oon host
Using Transcend RDP8 card is detected with both target and Host
