I can see from job 56073 is failed to mount rootfs.
Kernel command line passed to boot from /dev/mmcblk0p5 and which is
not mounting. but the device is available.

Kernel command line: console=ttyAMA0,38400n8 root=/dev/mmcblk0p5
rootwait ro mem=1024M ip=dhcp clcd=xvga mmci.fmax=4000000
mmcblk0: p1 p2 p3 p4 < p5 p6 p7 >
mount: mounting /dev/mmcblk0p5 on /root failed: No such device
after: <class 'pexpect.TIMEOUT'>

please look in to this issue.

This vexpress board has 18 month old firmware so doesn't have the IOFPGA
update which fixes MMC. All vexpress board should have the firmware from
the Version 5 CD.

Also, once this firmware is updated, the kernel command-line parameter
mmci.fmax can be dropped. That was there to slow down MMC and make it
more reliable.
