Bug Description
The TCWG is trying to use Gerritt for merge requests, but we need a merge request to fire off a Jenkins job to produce test results. We'd need the Gerritt notifications to wait for the Jenkins build & test to be finished. Gerritt will have to pass the correct branch with the backport to Jenkins,, so it builds the correct version for testing.
