Bug Description
Booting the alpha3 Linaro ubuntu-desktop image, there is no 'linaro' default user account present on the system. Either we should create this as part of the image build, or (as Tom has suggested previously) we should launch oem-config on first boot in the same way that Ubuntu ARM preinstalled images do.
