Mount the rootfs by UUID in I386Config

Bug Description

Currently the I386Config board definition sets the `root=LABEL=rootfs' parameter for the kernel to be booted.

Given that populate_rootfs() uses the UUID to populate /etc/fstab this can lead to some inconsistencies.
