APT source duplicates detection fails if there are no files in /apt/sources.list.d/

Bug Description

In linaro-hwpack-install `grep -qF "$line" /etc/apt/sources.list.d/* /etc/apt/sources.list' will always return an error code if there are no files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ as the glob will not be expanded.

The code will then fail to detect the duplication if the APT source is already listed in the /etc/apt/sources.list file.

The patch attached also takes in consideration bug #687608 by expanding files ending in .list only.
