Switch Iglookernel integration branch to GCC 4.7

Update the CI loop [1] for the Igloo Kernel integration branch.
Can we please change the build so it uses GCC 4.7 toolchain since it is the default now?

I suggest to use Linaro Toolchain pre-built binaries from http://releases.linaro.org/12.04/components/toolchain/binaries/

The script changes to accomplish enable using customized gcc has been done and is merged in the upstream build scripts.
But the bug is blocked by a tool chain regression noted in the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/armel-cross-toolchain-base/+bug/947111. Mail has been sent to linaro-toolchain mailing list. Awaiting on their response. While we wait for the toolchain to fix this, we will postpone the bug to next milestone.

Bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1007353 which blocked the progress of this bug has been fixed now.
snowball jobs on ci are now enabled to use gcc 4.7 and they are successfully building with gcc 4.7 now.

Sure, I would disable the builds now and if required you can enable it or
do you want me to completely delete the job ?
Between do we still require the
https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/view/Linux%20Linaro%20Snowball/job/linux-igloo-kernel-integration-ubuntu-ux500-snowball/job,
or should this be deleted as well ?

Please do delete it entirely. It hasn't been use in months and we
don't anticipate using it again.
