linux-headers*.deb file consist of binaries for the host architecture and not for the cross-compiled architecture

I'm trying to download the linux-headers*.deb file to an Arndale target.

I have the same problem.
The files under linux-headers-3.10.37-linaro-arndale/scripts/ all are built with host architecture.
As a work around, I have cleaned and compiled under the scripts to generate new binaries on target. ( should have build-essentials installed )
