Need to re-start the GRUB upstream CI loop and stop the internal GRUB tree CI loop

== Introduction ==

Now that GRUB v7 and v8 support is in the upstream and targeted for
release as part of GRUB 2.02, we need to resurrect this request to get
our CI loop in place so it can be included in linux-leg images for
LAVA testing

The following is requested:

* Remove the grub
  (https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/view/leg-ci/job/grub/) since it's
  obsolete.

* Enable the grub-upstream -
  https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/view/leg-ci/job/grub-upstream/ since
  support for GRUB on v7 and v8 is now fully upstream

== Specific Requirements ==

* Need GRUB tools to be in the OpenEmbedded image (https://cards.linaro.org/browse/REQ-100)
* Need GRUB built for UEFI - Top priority
* Need GRUB built for Uboot - Low priority

* The steps for cross-building the arm64 port are on:
  https://wiki.linaro.org/LEG/Engineering/Kernel/GRUBonAArch64

For building for installation on the target, we additionally need:
* --host=aarch64-linux-gnu (to make the utilities build for aarch64 rather than x86)

For building arm, instructions would be the same, only:
* --target and --host would be arm-linux-gnueabihf

If building natively, the above should be skipped completely.

To select platform:
* --with-platform=uboot
or
* --with-platform=efi

For filesystem installation purposes, I we want --prefix=/usr on
all builds.

Given that the upstream is lacking some patches still, the focus has shifted to the internal Linaro GRUB repo. Please lower the priority on this bug down to a low.
