Bug Description
qemu-ltp job randomly fails. Since each build slave can run up to 3 executors.
They're aren't run in chroot but in the plain filesystem.
As a work around, it's avoided to use apt-get in the build jobs.
The image used are usually updated regularly and contains pre-installed packages.

Wookey is working on enabling cross-build kernel/
He's using sbuild and a clean chroot. It should resolve properly this issue.

If the approach is good for everyone, I'll move the changes to qemu-ltp job and close this bug.
