Specify build target to UEFI CI job

UEFI CI job does only debug builds.

We'd like to extend the test coverage. It will cover the following matrix:
- debug/gcc 4.6
- debug/gcc 4.7
- release/gcc 4.6
- release/gcc 4.7

Linaro GCC is used and a multi-configuration job.

Adding both debug and release builds should be relatively straight-forward. Not sure how we would vary the toolchain version, though.

If LEG had some resource to look at this, then the CI job script is here:

https://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=ci/uefi.git

File "uefi.sh" would need modifying to build both sets of binaries, then copy them to the snapshots dir with unique names.

I changed the CI job to build both debug and release targets, so I don't
think this is necessary now. Please check as you might be able to close
this bug.
