Bug Description

Hi,

I would to request some new builds:

 * one linus tip, one linux-linaro-tip
 * one per supported board (i guess with the most obvious defconfigs)
 * all with developer rootfs

build frequency: daily for now (will probably drop to weekly after a few weeks)

testing required: run the pwrmgmt tests

I would like the LAVA results to be submitted to a stream called "/private/team/linaro/pm-qa/"

Please let me know if you need any more details. I'll get Amit Kucheria to check this too :-)

Cheers,
mwh

In the interest of consistency, can we name it pm-qa or power-qa?

Otherwise, the details look good.

Right now, for linux tip we build for panda/beagle [ built with ompa2plus defconfig], origen boards.
By, linux linaro tip I guess you meant linux-linaro-tracking tree ? Any specific branch that needs to be built linux-linaro or linux-linaro-tracking ?
I assume you would want your builds for linux-linaro-tracking tree to be tested on panda[built with omap4 defconfig ] , origen boards, vexpress ?

Job for building/testing with linux tip is set . The job is set to be build daily once.
"https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/view/Linux%20%28master%29/job/Trigger_linux-pm-qa_builds/ " triggers the build

linux-pm-qa_beagle-omap2plus
linux-pm-qa_origen-exynos4
linux-pm-qa_panda-omap2plus

The build results can be obtained @
http://validation.linaro.org/lava-server/dashboard/streams/private/team/linaro/ci-linux-pm-qa-build/bundles/

The testing results can be obtained @
http://validation.linaro.org/lava-server/dashboard/streams/private/team/linaro/ci-linux-pm-qa/bundles/.

I don't have the boards to test the failing hwpacks to verify them manually.
Please verify the failing (origen/beagle) hwpacks and let me know the changes if any to the build procedure.

Please provide me details against comment #2, so that I can go ahead and provide llt jobs as well.

As discussed on the IRC with Amit, we need to add jobs with linux-linaro-tracking tree, using linux-linaro-core-tracking branch.

The following jobs have been added for the linux-linaro-tracking tree that uses linux-linaro-core-tracking branch.

linux-linaro-tracking-llct-branch_vexpress-a9
linux-linaro-tracking-llct-branch_panda-omap4
linux-linaro-tracking-llct-branch_origen-exynos4

All of these use the config fragments to build. The jobs are listed under the view https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/view/Linux%20Linaro%20Tracking/ along side other linux-linaro tracking jobs.

The lava job build/results can obtained from the links provided in each of the jobs.
Please verify the setup, and let me know for any issues.

Yes, it seems fine. I had actually finally gotten around to checking at
the end of last week, sorry for forgetting to comment on the bug!
