Workload automation tool designed to run on TC2 hardware and the number of A7 and A15 cores are hard coded. This information can be available at workload_config.py and number of core it should run on is configurable from config.csv file. Booting the TC2 and getting IP address and pre-defined in tc2 utility files like tc2_boot.py tc2_cci.py tc2_ipaddress.py and tc2_utils.py.

Due to above reasons detecting cpu topology do not help here.
Workload automation tool can not be run on members platform directly.
