The key thing from the log is:

There's no log entry for the URL mapping for the restricted hw pack download. This is because we've moved to quantal.

I've just made an update to our server. I resubmitted your job as:

 http://validation.linaro.org/lava-server/scheduler/job/40798/log_file

The job failed, but now its because the defintion has a bad url. ie:

 quantal/restricted/integrated-big.little-fastmodels/latest/hwpack_linaro-vexpress-iks_20121202-5_armhf_supported.tar.gz

no longer exists
