Tests should build with NDK

we have recently received patch set from ARM to marge these patches in to sched_tests. I have noticed headers are missing because of compilation procedure where we use full android source(6GB) and ARM Team is using (tiny android tool chains) NDK, so i did not pushed ARM patches. However, we would like to maintain same source and compilation procedure for tests.

ARM QA team is not ready to use full Android sources to compile tests. Due to this reason we have to move our test build procedure to NDK.

Test building with NDK is future plan.
so this will be taken care in next month.
we need a resource from Android to handle this.
we can defer this now.

I have given a try to build by using ndk-build. build is success locally.

@vishal: might be a good candidate to pilot out-of-tree test suite addon concept for android
       => this would basically setup a CI job that uses NDK to build the test suite and package it up in a format that can be applied to any linaro android engineering build.
