Bug Description

we should display the eula legal information in our builds through the settings -> about phone -> legal information (thats where I see this in gingerbread on N1) feature.

and in turn add a QA/release step to check that this is properly displayed for the builds that need it.

This issue has been fixed on Samsung Arndale, ARM Versatile Express A9 and TI Panda with following Linaro Android images:
