Bug Description
With build:
https:/
Created image on sd card and booted up device:
Issue:
1. Getting consistent bootup failures when HDMI cable is connected to device and TV/Monitor.
(Connected HDMI cable to the HDMI port next to ethernet port.)
2. Device gets stuck while booting up ,HDMI display does not come up
3. Serial Logs displays: "omap_hwmod: dss_core: _wait_target_
Note:
Workaround is to : Remove HDMI -bootup device - now connect HDMI - No issues now

Hm this seems to be tilt-android- tracking kernel (3.2-rc4) but nowadays we all moved to ICS it seems.
Is there any point keeping open bugs on old rootfs with tracking kernel that now supports ICS only?
