gatord does not start up in Snowball. Missing gator.ko

Gator was not enabled for snowball on 2.3.7 branch.

Just to make it clear, this fix became available on 2.3.7. branch just after the RC cut-off. It is not present in the 11.11 release on any board.

gator was enabled for all boards except origen on the 2.3.5 branch and for all except snowball and origen on the 2.3.7 branch. During the chaos last Friday all builds were moved to 2.3.7 so snowball (and origen) did not have gator enabled in the release.

Apparently the service gatord does no longer start on the builds that have gator enabled. That is probably the reason why Tony state that "It is not present in the 11.11 release on any board".

It turned out that enabling gator on origen caused a kernel panic. Botao will write a bug report for that. This bug is still considered to be Fix Commited. It is better to have one new origen bug than reopen this multi-board bug.
