Snowball/Panda: Support Live wallpaper

Live wallpaper feature should be available.
As of now on 11.09 builds (tested Snowball and Panda) - this feature is not available.

Steps:
=======
1. Flash the binaries mentioned below (11.09)
2. Bootup DUT
3. HomeScreen->Menu(F1) or "input keyevent 82" on serial port->Wallpaper
Issue: Live Wallpaper option is missing now.

Hardware:

Pandaboard: REV A3
HDMI Out to TV - via HDMI cable
Serial cable connected for logging

Snowball: V5
HDMI Out to TV - via HDMI cable
USB-Serial Logging

I would like more info on how to reproduce this problem. F1 doesn't yield anything on snowball. What is "input keyevent 82" on the serial port ?

"input keyevent 82" should be entered on home screen(unlocked screen) - it brings up available options menu popup
Where wallpaper is one of the available option which can be selected.
