Build 233 of Panda does not boot

Build 233 of Panda and build 174 of Panda LEB does not boot.

A new dependency between MLO and u-boot has been introduced. The old binary MLO in the android builds does not work together with the master branch of linaro u-boot stable used in the Android builds.

This prevents the two panda builds based on 2.3.5 from booting.

Patrik: What is the last build that does boot, just in case we have to work around this by going to an older revision of uboot?

The https://android-build.linaro.org/jenkins/job/linaro-android_panda-11.08-release/1 build works so the following work around should make it boot again.

Replace the u-boot line in the manifest with

I have verified Tonys patches on panda. They solve this problem.
