Current Android toolchain doesn't enable gold linker

Bug Description

While linking large shared libraries such as libwebcore.so, it takes long time to complete because of using old GNU ld. In fact, in AOSP, Google already updated binutils-20100303, which brings better gold linker support. The gold linker is known to speed up linking time.

Jim, would you talk to Michael about this? This may be the only binutil we'd need.

Enabling gold is just an option passing to binutils, and we can prepare two linkers for Android.

To Zach,
Yes, I will talk to Toolchain WG / linaro-dev after initial experiments.
