Documentation is out-of-date for building Panda LEB locally

All of the documentation for pulling and building a Panda LEB should be on one Wiki and it should be tested.

The following items should be included:

Document pulling and building a Panda LEB build locally
Document and test each step
Document on the same page where the kernel, tool-chain and Android components are coming from.

yes building should be improved. also both pages should cross link to each other and we should prominently link them from main android platform page ... and also from the release pages.

i think i fixed those pages for release. we also have ImageInstallation wiki now.

Yes, lets add this to "test" list somewhere to be updated for release (like 1 week before).
