Generate the json bundle that includes the test result for uploading to the dashboard.

It's done now in my branch lp:~jeremychang/lava/android-support

The result of basic validation is submitted to http://validation.linaro.org/launch-control/dashboard/streams/anonymous/android-beagle01-basic/ and done as a command in Lava.
