Bug Description
Since Linaro already maintains its own gdb, it is great if we can integrate linaro-gdb into Linaro Toolchain for Android.

NOTE: NDK includes its own copy of "libthread_db" in ndk/source/
We have to make sure the match between NDK and toolchain as well as Android runtime.
