'dhcp' failed to assign ip address on Lava daily build Linaro Android Arndale build

the issue observed on Lava daily build Linaro Android Arndale image:

1. Environment described :

build: https://android-build.linaro.org/jenkins/job/linaro-android_linux-linaro-arndale/411/

board: Samsung Arndale Board.

2. outcome from the log report :

dhcp can't assign the requested address to eth0.

3. steps to reproduce:

locally verified this issue with builds:

steps to follow in serial console:

eth0 is up and assign inet addr when the board boot up automatically,

root@arndale:/ # busybox ifconfig eth0

4. actual outcome :

dhcp should assign ip addr automatically at the board boot-ups.

All the test cases should run successfully.

locally verified dhcp assign ip to the board at bootups.

Please look into the issue for QA testing for daily and weekly Linaro Android Arndale build.
