Date and Time settings don't work on Samsung Arndale Android.

On Samsung Arndale board with Linaro Android image:

Date and Time settings don't work, on both automatic and manually ways.

From Settings -> Date & time:

If select Automatic date & time, with Internet connection enabled, the date and time don't change accordingly.

If disabled Automatic date & time, set it manually, then after clicked "Done" button, the typed data just lost.

Arndale is not supported any more.
