the issue observed on Linaro Android Jellybean Arndale builds:

1. Establish ADB over ethernet set up.

manually run monkey test on Arndale device is failed, no behavior or attributes observed on system UI

the error obtain from adb log:

$ adb shell monkey -v 1000

** SYS_KEYS has no physical keys but with factor 2.0%.
