on Linaro android Jellybean 4.3 Arndale builds

Ethernet Configuration Manager is missing. However, Ethernet works well automatically after system booted up.
root@arndale:/ # netcfg
eth0 UP 192.168.1.8/24 0x00001043 02:74:ac:95:16:33
lo UP 127.0.0.1/8 0x00000049 00:00:00:00:00:00
Ping test is pass and web browser also working fine.
