There is not enough information in the bug report for the toolchain guys to look at this currently, and we don't have the necessary expertise to reproduce the report.

Can you please investigate and find out what the core is doing when it reboots, what code is executing, &c? Please provide the assembler being run, and also the source code if possible.

As another avenue of attack we have recently seen is due to changes in the kernel because of memset support, can you please see if your kernel has the following patches (or equivalent): https://bugs.launchpad.net/linaro-toolchain-binaries/+bug/1186218/comments/7

Playback of Youtube video is fine, for 720p and 1080p video.
not reproduced the issue again. This issue is fixed now.
