All text missing in Ethernet settings menu

In the Settings menu, if you select 'Ethernet configuration' on the left, and then the "Ethernet configuration" section which appears on the right. You go to a menu where you can select ethernet device an settings. Unfortunately, all the text in the menu is missing. This was OK in Android 4.1 builds so looks like Ethernet Connection Manager UI was broken with the mve to 4.2

The text in Ethernet Configuration exists, but with a very light white colour, which is hard to recognise.

on TI-Panda 4460 board:

The same issue is reproduced. the text under 'Configure Ethernet device' is low brightness, which is hard to visible and read.

but select ethernet device from 'Configure Ethernet device' is good, 'eth0', 'sit0', 'ip6tnl' can read and change successfully.

ARMLT marked this as "won't fix" because it appears to be a generic Android bug rather than a Versatile Express specific problem.
