Can't access internet behind proxy with eth0

For accessing internet, I need to set a proxy configuration with authentification.

I can't find a way to set it properly on my Linaro Android image:

I have tried
- to use transproxy but it either fails to set proxy config or set proxy "successfully" but the browser can't access internet
- to set proxy conf with sql request but the browser still fails to access internet

On the latest Linaro Android KitKat build for TI Panda:

there is no place to set HTTP proxy, neither in system settings nor in Browser settings.

@Vishal, do we support this feature in our build?
