bluetooth force close on grouper build

When using the Linaro toolchain(12.09) bluetooth turns on succesfully but data streams do not work, audio however does. when bluetooth is turned off, com.android.phone force closes with the following error.

looks like flag errors

doesnt work on daily but works on 4.6 daily

Same here it works fine with gcc 4.6 12.09 but not 4.7 12.09

Adding gcc-linaro project as it seems compiler version related

This bug is no longer present on android version 4.2.x. Thanks works fine now.
