snowball init scripts should be cleaned up

As detected in code review:

the snowball init scripts include some references to OMAP bits (omapdss, smartreflex, ...) that aren't there on Snowball.

This should be cleaned up.

Same problem in init.st-ericssonsnowballplatform.rc.

Both files need a clean up.

Patrik is working through init issues with a name mismatch due to device tree. Will resubmit patches after that's been worked out.
