No USB camera support for Panda 4430 on Linaro Android image.

For Panda 4430 board, on Linaro Android image:

No USB Camera support. After plug in the USB camera and launch "Camera" app, there is a pop up window shows:

Unfortunately, Camera has stopped.

There is an existing bug for this issue but looks like that one focus on Samsung Origen board:

Therefore, I report this bug separately for Panda 4430 board.

TI Panda 4430 Android ICS build had expired of Linaro support. The status of this bug should be changed to "Won't Fix" on Linaro Android project. For the similar issue on Android Jelly Bean, please refer to Bug 1033959 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/linaro-android/+bug/1033959).
