Bug Description

We have been facing the this issue throughout the day. We had builds running on android-build. we are not sure if it is an overload on git server.

the git push/ repo upload never completed.

I looked at it when it was mentioned and indeed it was a git server being overloaded. I am making sure we can switch to scalable git-over-http for automated builds asap.

git server is overloaded this morning as well, very slow to respond and I am sure we'd experience the same problems as before. I am expediting the scalable git-over-http usage for automated builds on android-build.linaro.org.
