BUILD-INFO files are not copied over for android-builds

BUILD-INFO.txt files are not copied over for at least some of the builds happening on android-build:

 * https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/panda-jb-gcc47-tilt-tracking-blob/
 * https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/snowball-jb-gcc47-linaro-tracking-open/
 ...

The problem is that BUILD-INFO files are not listed in the SSH Publishers/Transfers/Source Files so they do not get copied over to snapshots.linaro.org.

Ok, there was an unresolved conflict in android-build.linaro.org:~ubuntu/linaro-android-build-tools/utils-mangle-jobs/push-artifacts-set.mangle that probably caused the BUILD-INFO to be omitted (which is why I want someone other than developers to do deployments).

I'll be re-running mangle-jobs script myself, like this

 (cd utils/mangle-jobs &&
  ./mangle-jobs --url='https://android-build.linaro.org/jenkins' --user='danilo' --really push-artifacts-set.mangle)

I've tested it without "--really" and it works fine. I'll double check with Paul if this push-pattern is fine for toolchain builds as well.

This was likely broken when HOWTO pattern was added to all the jobs. We can't recreate these BUILD-INFO files, but they'll at least be out there from now on.
