Bug Description
Hi,
When someone isn't in ~linaro-
that isn't part of the team they get a simple "you can't do this" message.
We should improve this to tell them
* Which team they need to be in to do it
* How to join that team(?)
* To log out and log back in if they are in that team but still get the message (to refresh teams from open id)
* Even better would be to automatically do this at that time
